ATG is a fully owned subsidiary of The Yokohama, is one of the world’s leading producers of rubber company. Their products include tires and farmer equipment for farming.
THE CHALLENGE
They were using the old version of OTRS, last 10 years with huge attachment file system. In the past, ATG used as ticketing and ITSM module on window system. They want to migrate on to the latest version with same functionality to carry with all data.
THE SOLUTION
We gathered all the requirements, understood all points raised by ATG IT help-desk team. We collaborated latest version fulfilled by our deployment team and represented them as POC system with latest OS and OTRS version. After that, we made a plan of migration job, and executed within single day. Now New version of OTRS migrated on latest CENTOS operating system as well as upgraded latest stable OTRS version with out zero data loss.
