BUSINESS NEEDS
The Rajdeep needed to replace their existing hosting solution with running open source CRM solution, so they could find the best way to easily migrate on AWS,customize & integrate plugin as well as backup, and alert on the services delivered to the greater functionality. Ideally, Rajdeep wanted to find who will handle complete cycle of support and monitor back end running services that would be easy for their team. Ultimately, they needed to manage open source CRM on SAAS solution.
THE CHALLENGE
In the past, Rajdeep struggled with CRM backup challenges, crm recovery if issue comes & monitoring. Additionally, they manage CRM solution it self, they do not have expertise to manage open source OS as well as CRM. Not an easy thing to do with a specialized vendor solution.

We migrated and deployed CRM on AWS solution. We did a great job of managing and monitoring OS and CRM running services 24×7. We provided open source CRM support as well as Groots 24×7 monitoring & alerting solution.
